Now do you really NEED an engagement photoshoot? The answer is technically no. But that doesn’t mean that engagement photos aren’t important. They are the perfect way to get to know your photographer and get comfortable working with them before the wedding if you are using them for both occasions. It is also a great way to test out your wedding hair/makeup and see how it shows up on camera and make any changes before your wedding day if needed.

Some places you can use these photos are sharing them across social media, using them as a part of your wedding save the dates and invitations, using them in your wedding decor, and using them as home decor! The options truly are endless.

And at the end of the day, it is such a fun way to spend quality time with the person that you love and have photos that capture this exciting season of your life. Since you are dressed up anyways, it gives you a good reason to have a date night after your photoshoot <3
